The focus of Northshore Food Bank's Resale shop is to serve the community through raising funds to purchase essential food items.

Northshore Food Bank Resale Shop is entirely driven by the generosity of the Northshore Community. We accept and sell donations of a variety of items, including gently used furniture, clothing, home decor, jewelry, kitchenware, children's items and more. Inventory often includes unique and rare finds, providing an exciting, affordable shopping experience while supporting a meaningful cause in the community.

The Resale Shop is operated by employees and many dedicated volunteers. Volunteer opportunities are available six days a week. If you would like to learn more about volunteer opportunities at the Resale Shop, click here.

*Please email 2-3 pictures of any furniture items for consideration to resale@northshorefoodbank.org. Make sure to include your contact information as well as the address where the items are located. Furniture pick-ups are available upon request.

Items we cannot accept:

Mattresses
Weapons
Car seats
Building materials

Though we greatly appreciate everyone who wants to donate to Northshore Food Bank Resale Shop, we are unable to accept all items. Certain items have safety regulations or resale restrictions. Northshore Food Bank Resale Shop does not have the ability to repair, clean, or fix any items donated. If you are unsure if your donation is appropriate for the Resale Shop, feel free to call us at 985-892-5282 with any questions.

When donating with Resale, please place all donations in a box or a bag. We are unable to return plastic containers at the time of donation. Items should be separated into "hard goods" and "soft goods". Donation drop off is located on the side of our building (29th street) and an associate will be able to assist you. Donations are accepted every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:30am-12:30pm.

Store Hours: Mondays - Saturday 9:30a-4p.

Donation Intake Hours: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:30a-12:30p. Donation drop off is located on the side of our building on W 29th Ave.

Closed on Sundays. HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING THE HOLIDAYS.
